FORMULA PRATO^® has worked with ONE-DNA™  on the Spiaggia dei Valori beach in Ravenna, located in Punta Marina Terme and managed by the Insieme a Te association, which has become a concrete symbol of inclusion and accessibility over the years. Founded in 2018 with the aim of offering people with disabilities and their companions the opportunity to enjoy the sea freely and safely, today it is a permanent structure and a national reference point for inclusive tourism.

The project has received important recognition, including participation in the UN Conference on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities, thanks to its ability to guarantee experiences of normality and well-being to those who are often excluded from vacation opportunities.

Access to the beach is completely free for guests with disabilities, who can take advantage of equipped stations, accessible services, and common areas, made possible thanks to the work of volunteers and the support of public and private entities. Among the most significant innovations introduced in the summer of 2025, the creation of an inclusive play area has further enriched the facility’s offering, allowing children of all abilities to play together safely and without barriers.

In this context, Formula Gioco Safety System flooring is a distinctive and qualifying element. Designed to ensure inclusivity, safety, and sustainability, this solution is based on three main components: Play24 ONE-DNA™ synthetic turf, ProPlay^® safety mat, and Silica Sand. It is made from recycled materials and, once it reaches the end of its useful life, can be completely recovered and reintroduced into the production cycle. This approach not only reduces waste but also makes a concrete contribution to the circular economy.

Finally, the Silica Sand used as surface infill plays a fundamental role: it stabilizes the surface, protects the fibers of the turf, and improves shock absorption. La Spiaggia dei Valori has chosen Formula Gioco Safety System flooring for its new inclusive play area, recognizing its ability to integrate perfectly with the existing equipment and to comply with UNI EN 1177/2019 safety standards, as well as the most advanced accessibility requirements. The surface, which is obstacle-free even for those using mobility aids, allows all children to play together safely and without barriers.
