In Colfosco, a hamlet in the municipality of Susegana, in the province of Treviso, the multi-purpose fields—including a playground and a basketball court—have been renovated by Evolplay.

As part of its urban regeneration and public space enhancement policies, the municipality has completed the urban and environmental redevelopment project for the Colfosco Multipurpose Fields, with the goal of providing residents with a multifunctional, safe, and inclusive area capable of meeting the needs of people of all ages.

The project, designed by the architectural firm of Gilberto Fregolent, is part of an integrated vision for improving urban quality, with a particular focus on the usability of outdoor spaces, environmental sustainability, and the promotion of physical activity and social interaction.

To complete the indoor facility, additional new spaces were created in the second phase of construction, including a large park with a playground, while the existing basketball court was completely renovated.
For these last two projects in Colfosco, the work was entrusted to Evolplay, a company with extensive experience in the construction of recreational and sports areas.

The new play area in Colfosco was designed by Evolplay with safety, accessibility, and durability in mind, in compliance with current technical regulations. The play equipment was selected with a focus on durable materials with a low environmental impact. A multi-functional play structure with two slides, a double swing, and a spring-loaded play structure were installed.

The safety surfacing and the reorganization of the space have significantly improved the usability of the area, creating a safe and stimulating environment. The integration of the playground into the multipurpose fields also promotes the coexistence of recreational and sports functions, reinforcing the area’s role as a community gathering place.

Renovation of the basketball court

The existing basketball court underwent a functional and performance-oriented renovation aimed at improving safety, the quality of the playing surfaces, and overall appeal. The project included resurfacing the sports flooring, improving game markings, and upgrading the equipment, ensuring standards suitable for both recreational use and organized sports activities.

Particular attention was paid to integrating the court into the urban and landscape context, contributing to a more orderly and refined appearance of the entire Multipurpose Courts area.
