GDL Main Passion does not just decorate sports and recreational venues, it transforms them with complex projects that combine art and technology and involve the entire team, from creatives to operators.
The GDL method: operating standards for urban decoration

Horizontal urban planning is changing: color in urban contexts is not just aesthetic, it is a strategic choice, and GDL works in this field with passion, creativity, and continuous innovation.
From the streets of New York to the playgrounds of Rotterdam, via the pedestrian crossings of Madrid and the “immersive” parks of London, the contemporary city is being rewritten… with colors.
Today, urban decoration is no longer just an aesthetic expression: it is safety, public health, and social enhancement.

International studies show that the use of decorations increases footfall by up to 30%, reduces accidents by up to 50%, and encourages more active and prolonged use of spaces. The message is clear: color changes behavior, and the most advanced administrations are well aware of this.
In this ever-expanding scenario, the demand for decorative interventions is growing, and with it, operational complexity.

Designing playgrounds that are both functional and artistic requires technical expertise, creative vision, and above all, an organized supply chain in which designers, implementation specialists, and construction technicians work together in a coordinated process.
GDL offers this level of vertical integration: from graphic concept to technical development, from 3D rendering to installation on large surfaces.
Each project is the result of a study shared with the client and is carried out according to codified operating standards to ensure consistency between the idea and the final result.
GDL: creativity in operational processes
GDL does not just “decorate.” It transforms sports and recreational venues into immersive experiences through decorative projects that combine art and technology.
We use drones and robotic total stations for surveying, animation software for simulation, and apps for document management and work progress. But above all, we create public value: environments that stimulate play, improve livability, increase safety, and strengthen the identity of the territory.

It all starts with a briefing with the client. The GDL team draws up an internal technical report that is forwarded to the creative and design teams, who work together from the earliest stages to ensure full compatibility between aesthetics, technical feasibility, and application cycles.
Creative proposals are developed using realistic photo inserts (created from drone surveys) and high-definition static and dynamic renderings. These tools are essential for presenting decorative solutions.
Once approved, they move on to the executive processing phase: our technical team draws up detailed installation layouts, color charts, application diagrams, and operating notes, ensuring a smooth transition between design and construction site. All documentation is uploaded to the construction site management app, which is also accessible to the Works Management, where it is possible to monitor each stage of progress in real time through a shared digital system: drawings, annotations, progressive photo archives, and daily updates.

Vertical management of skills is at the heart of our method: creatives, technicians, coordinators, and operators work together in a synergistic and codified manner, minimizing the possibility of error and maximizing the quality of the final result while respecting the schedule.
Because in a world where horizontal urbanization is evolving, doing well is no longer enough: you need method, vision, and passion.
