In more than 15 years, ProGame Shock Pads have been installed in thousands of sports facilities around the world, from prestigious stadiums to local projects for soccer, field hockey, rugby, American and Australian football, cricket and multi-purpose fields, being an essential component to achieve and maintain the performance required by international bodies such as FIFA, FIH and WR, as well as national Federations.

ProGame was developed to achieve the best environmental performance of Trocellen Shock Pads in synthetic turf systems. The entire product life cycle is optimized from design, raw material selection, and manufacturing through installation, use, decommissioning, and reuse. ProGame’s environmental impact is continuously reduced through this eco-design approach.

The Trocellen XC & XC Plus series includes high-quality, closed-cell chemically cross-linked polyethylene foam shockproof mats developed specifically for artificial turf sports fields. The unique XC perforated polyethylene foam, coupled with a non-woven PET fabric, provides excellent drainage properties, quick and easy installation, and high dimensional stability; the mat does not absorb water and provides stability as temperatures change.

The wide range of thicknesses (ranging from 6 to 12 mm) and densities (50 to 90 kg/m³) meets the needs of different sports. The Plus version allows lateral drainage with thicknesses of 10/12 mm and densities of 50/70/90 kg/m³.

ProGame’s sustainability also comes from its stability characteristics-with consistent performance over time-that allow the Shock Pad to be reused several times after the worn surface mat is discarded. The pad is also effective with any type of infill, whether traditional or organic.

As an active member of several organizations, such as ESTC (EMEA Synthetic Turf Council), SAPCA (Sports and Play Construction Association, UK) and IAKS, Trocellen contributes to the development and growth of the synthetic turf market.

More than one hundred installations on soccer fields in Italy include, in Serie A, the training fields of Atalanta, Cagliari and Torino, the fields of Fiorentina’s training center at the Viola Park in Bagno a Ripoli (Florence) and the stadium in Altamura (Bari).
