The Replax T Sport system by Cavatorta is a high-performance and reliable solution for the construction of internal and external perimeter barriers in football stadiums and sports facilities of all kinds.

Designed to meet the highest safety standards, the system – complete with its dedicated accessories – fully complies with the performance requirements set out in the Ministerial Decree of 18 March 1996 and UNI EN 13200-3 – Safety requirements for the construction and operation of sports facilities, as supplemented by the so-called “Pisanu Decree” (Ministerial Decree of 9 June 2005), a key regulatory reference for safety management in venues open to the public.

The Replax T Sport system consists of a single-twist, square-mesh metal fencing, available in standard heights of 220 and 250 cm, designed to meet a wide range of design and regulatory requirements. The fence wires are made of galvanized steel and are coated with PVC to ensure long-term durability, even in environments exposed to weathering and mechanical stress.

One of the system’s distinguishing features is the large wire diameter of 4.2 mm, combined with a 50×50 mm mesh size. This configuration allows the fence to effectively absorb impacts without permanent deformation, while ensuring excellent frontal and lateral visibility of the playing field, even from very close viewing positions. This is a crucial aspect in terms of safety, visual control, and overall usability of the facility for both spectators and operators.

The PVC coating is applied using the exclusive “Galvaplax Process” sintering technology developed by Cavatorta. This process employs PVC powders free from heavy metals, such as cadmium and lead, ensuring not only high technical performance but also a reduced environmental impact and compliance with current sustainability regulations.

Further enhancing its value, Replax T Sport stands out as the only anti-collapse fencing system equipped with an ETA, developed within the EOTA framework in collaboration with ITC-CNR. This high-level technical and scientific development process – currently awaiting CE marking – demonstrates Cavatorta’s commitment to research, innovation, and product certification.The system is completed by a range of vehicular and pedestrian gates with standardized dimensions, customizable upon request, ensuring aesthetic consistency, functionality, and seamless integration within the overall facility design.
