Mast’s philosophy is to consider each customer and each job order as “unique”, since they represent the culmination of the team work started at the moment of the first contact, continued with the completion of the supply, defined but not concluded with the after-sales service. The company’s objective is to create a top quality system, to satisfy and follow the customer’s requests, to collaborate in recommending the most suitable solutions, to provide the necessary construction and maintenance, ensuring installation with our specialised personnel.

Structure

The group was founded in 1991 in Brescia by Bruno Giorgio Marini, thanks to a solid experience gained in the sector. In Flero since 2004, in a 2500 sq.m. premises, ideas and design are born. Mast is structured in three business units created to guarantee dedicated and integrated solutions, each focused on a specific type of activity: construction of sports facilities; finishing works; turnkey construction. Mast Sport is the business unit of the homonymous group specialized in sports construction and now leader in the construction of facilities approved by national and international sports federations. Since 2011 it has been Official Partner Limonta Sport Spa, synthetic grass producer and the only Italian Fifa Preferred Producer. Authoritative references testify the quality of the works signed by Mast Sport. To date we have built more than 1000 complete sports facilities and more than 200 Figc Lnd homologated 11-a-side football pitches.

Our group believes in the development of the Public Private Partnership and is able to support you with a team of professionals with consolidated experience in order to solve even the tangible difficulties that our system has placed between public bodies and private organizations, accompanying you in the search for economic resources, through administrative procedures and to illustrate the best design solutions in order to make an idea concrete.

Mast adopts an integrated management system and is certified:
UNI EN ISO 9001:2015 in terms of company quality;
UNI EN ISO 14001:2015 in the field of environmental protection;
BS OHSAS 18001:2007 in the field of health and safety.
Mast also adopts the 231 Organisational Model to ensure that the ethical values of the Company and its collaborators are clearly defined.

Legality rating

The Antitrust Authority “AGCM” has granted Mast the legality rating with a two-star rating.

Eco-sustainable development

Consistent with the entrepreneurial philosophy of the entire group, Mast Sport operates under the principles of sustainability, in full respect of the environment and the safety of those who work there and the community in which the company is located. It manages totally controlled production and information processes with low environmental impact, being able to supply natural and organic products.

Thanks to collaborations with important industrial partners, it is able to dispose of a synthetic grass football pitch by recycling its individual components for eco-sustainable development.
