The Studio28architettura is specialized in the design and construction of sports facilities. They have designed more than three hundred sports facilities, gaining experience and professionalism in any type of structure and in all sports disciplines: gyms, swimming facilities, football pitches and athletics tracks, outdoor and indoor multi-purpose fields, bmx and mtb circuits, fitness and wellness facilities, sports climbing, beach volleyball and padel facilities, etc.
Studio28architettura have deepened and consolidated our knowledge of Public Private Partnerships for the construction of sports facilities, designing and building several projects under project financing, service concessions and leasing.
Over the years they have acquired an in-depth know-how in all areas of sports facilities thanks to close collaborations, despite the utmost autonomy, with leading companies in the sector in terms of both construction and management.
The studio has developed specific experience in financing public bodies and private companies, with particular reference to the “Sport and Suburbs” call for tenders, the Istituto per il Credito Sportivo calls for tender and the various regional calls for tender for sports.
They take care of all the design and construction management phases and, thanks to our network of consultants, we are able to offer a multidisciplinary turnkey package.
