Prismi srl is a manufacturer of Rubber Granulates and Powders since 1990, a pioneer company in the European market.

Prismi is one of the main worldwide suppliers of rubber granulates and rubber powders for the sectors of sport, recreational, gardening, athletic, industrial applications; the production of rubber granules is made of SBR, EPDM, NBR. In the field of sports facilities, the production of rubber granules and powders are used in sports building, flooring for playgrounds, athletics tracks, tennis courts, bowls, riding stables and horse tracks.

The company is present on the market in 33 countries, Asia, Australia, Europe, Africa and America, offering eco-friendly solutions and products for the development of a Green Circular Economy.

Dedicated product lines

Over the years Prismi has developed several lines dedicated to different uses and sports disciplines.

Ecolsport are granules for clogging dedicated to football pitches and five-a-side football pitches in synthetic grass, the products have obtained multiple LND, Fifa Quality Pro certifications, also passing Labosport tests. Ecolsport also allows to extend the life of synthetic turf up to a further 30%.

Play Rubber TOP is the line of Prismi for installers of playgrounds cast on site. Compared to virgin materials Play Rubber TOP has many advantages: it is eco-sustainable; it is produced by consuming reduced quantities of CO2, being derived from secondary raw materials; it has a low specific weight: 6 kg/sqm per 10 mm thickness compared to 10 kg of a virgin product; it allows an economic saving of 75.

Athletic Track is dedicated to athletics tracks. The production range is equipped with three colours for the top and a type of base studied with a special grain size curve to optimize both the use of the polyurethane binder and the performance.

Tennis Court has been developed for tennis courts and for over ten years now it has been available in three colours for thickly woven, low thickness synthetic grass. For a complete result it is applied in a 20% volume mixture with coloured soils.

Garden Rubber is the product line developed for decorative use as synthetic bark for garden mulching; available in different colours and maintenance-free.

The Horse Track riding line offers two proven EPDM rubber products for the construction of track bottoms both for official racecourses and riding stables or training rods.

For bowls courts the microgranules of the Bowls Court line offer high quality laying both in resin mixture cast on site and surface dusting used as anti-wear for bowls.

Construction: Soundproofing rubber for acoustic insulation

With Building Insulation Prismi shows the sensitivity to efficiency and quality of living comfort. The line is specific for the installation of sound-acoustic systems for buildings.
The production range is equipped with Floorsafe and Wallsafe, products with high flame retardant characteristics that allow to obtain a reduced cost in installation compared to the most common industrial materials.
